DUI? Penalties for DUI’s can be worse than for many felonies.
In addition to jail time, your right to drive can be revoked, extensive probation conditions imposed, and serious financial burdens can result.
DUI law is extensive and complex. We focus on staying abreast of all aspects of DUI practice to provide our clients with the best possible results.
Divorce? Family matters can be volatile and escalate rapidly toward drastic results. Emotions rage, finances are placed at risk, and children can become pawns.
We can help to stabilize the situation with extreme focus on shielding your children from conflict and protecting your rights.
Criminal Charges? The repercussions of a conviction may not only have an impact on your freedom, but also your finances, reputation, and job options.
Beyond helping you maintain your innocence, our Seattle Criminal Lawyers can work to have your charges reduced or even try to prevent them from being filed after an arrest.
Vacation / Expungement / Restoration of Rights? We also help those who have already been convicted to obtain relief by having their convictions vacated, their rights restored and their records cleared, making it as if they had never been convicted in the first place and freeing them to move forward with their lives.
Injury? Our goal is first and foremost to help you get better. We want to help you get back to the way you were before your injury.
Sorting out who has the final responsibility to pay for your injury is complicated and fraught with legal pitfalls and traps. Let us navigate this maze while you focus on recovery.

Take the latest feud over something that seems so basic: Did more people attend Trump’s Inauguration than Obama’s?[…]
Why TV Reporters Would Make Lousy LawyersThis topic has been on my mind for months now, for obvious reasons. Apparently Matt Lauer brought it to the forefront with his lame "interviews" of Trump and Clinton. I wouldn't know. I can't bear to watch this stuff any more. I say "interview" in quotes because[…]
Lying to Get Out of Trouble = More TroubleIf I've seen it once, I've seen it a million times. I've blogged about it a million times. At least it feels that way. I have definitely lectured clients about it about a million times: lying to get out of trouble just winds up getting you into more and more trouble. Think Martha Stewart[…]
