History Of The Firm
Craig Platt and Mimi Buescher have worked together since the 1980’s. They met when Craig was teaching one of his classes for public defenders in Seattle. After serving with the CNMI Attorney General’s Office in Saipan, they started the firm of Craig Platt and Associates in Coupeville back in 1990, initially serving the citizens of Island and San Juan County. Over the years they expanded their practice, becoming Platt and Buescher Attorneys at Law, and serving the citizens of not only Island County and San Juan Counties, but also King County, Snohomish County, Skagit County, Whatcom County, Jefferson County, Clallam County and Pierce County. How do they do this? State of the Art technology and a convenient central location, within a short drive of every county seat in Northwest Washington.
Their state of the art computer system, maintained by a graduate of Cal Tech, Richard Doyle, of islandNetworks fame, allows them to maintain a presence throughout the Tacoma to Seattle to Bellingham corridor, as well as the Olympic Peninsula, including Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Everett, Mt. Vernon / Burlington, Bellingham, Anacortes, Friday Harbor, Oak Harbor, Pt. Townsend, Pt. Angeles and all jurisdictions located in the northwest corner of Washington.
Their convenient central location in Coupeville allows them to travel to all of these locations with ease. Furthermore, they will come to your location.
